With the base set, we assemble the materials and erect the walls and roof of your structure.

Exterior finishing and electrical
With the shell complete, we move onto the exterior finishing and connecting the electrical.

Interior Finishing & hvac
The unit is nearing completion as we finish our level-4 drywall interior, install flooring and all trim-work. The high-efficiency heat pump is installed providing a well conditioned space for 4-season use.
09.
Walkthrough & Key handoff
We complete a walkthrough with the homeowner to ensure the unit has met their expectations and hand them their keys to their new unit.
